January week 1

During the first day of school we did a revision of the things we covered during the first term.  This helped me understand which are the areas the children are strong in, and the areas that they might need a bit more help during this new term.
 During this month we will be focusing on various animals.  Animals that live in the jungle and those that live on the farm.
As from this term we started a basic introduction to sounds.  The aim is to help the children become aware of some letters and the particular sound they make.
