Oct Week 2 - (9th-13th October)

During this week, we discussed all about ourselves; the colour of our eyes, our hair and our families.  The aim was to help the children understand that everyone is special and unique. 

We also did an activity of drawing a face using the shaving cream...it was real fun, the children enjoyed feeling the sensation of the foam against their hands :-). 

We planted some seeds to keep them in our class.  This will encourage the children to take care of them everyday.

Finally, we also did some activities on the red colour - this included the show and tell and painting activities.

During our P.E. sessions we used bean bags, in order to help the children to explore the feeling of holding them in their hands and also to throw and catch them.
